For 2024, we chose ‘King Lion’s Gifts’ as our school play. It is actually one of Nelson Mandela’s folktales that Linda van Heerden, leader of the young adult group, adapted for Pathways. It’s about being grateful and enjoying each others’ unique traits. The Young Adult Group was our ‘band’ and some of them were our narrators and DJ. The school children were all the different animals. It was so well attended and loved by all!
